The house has 9 rooms, 2 of which are family rooms, in a total of 7 rooms available for reservations and the house can also be reserved in its entirety.

All rooms are suites and have a private bathroom.

The house has 3 outdoor spaces, 1 platform with loungers with a jacuzzi that will only work in autumn and winter, a large patio with a long outdoor dining table and sofas as well as a small swimming pool and an area with flowers and an orange tree, a small patio with a orange tree with a shale stone as a side table for small meals and with access to a very beautiful suite with a mezzanine.

The rooms are contiguous and have a long dining table and a sitting and reading area, with a fireplace and a salamander.

There is a small, fully equipped kitchen that people can use to cook and heat light meals and store food and drinks.
