Moura Hotel
On the golden plains of the left bank of the Guadiana, in the beautiful city of Moura, the Hotel de Moura is housed in a building of significant historical, architectural and artistic value, a former convent of the Hospitaller Order of Saint John of God, founded in the 17th century and converted into the Grand Hotel de Moura in 1900.
The building is listed as a heritage site of public interest. It is a vaulted structure with a façade covered in tiles with Greek decorations, stonework on the first floor and moldings in mass on the others, as well as a balustrade with statuettes and ceramic vases. The courtyard and staircase are also notable features.
