Participate actively! Create your own wine in teams… A moment of conviviality and learning! The idea is simple… After a short visit to the facilities, you will learn to distinguish the characteristics of various grape varieties, in order to produce your own batch of wine.
Equipped with pipettes, beakers, funnels, etc… some dedicate themselves to making the wine while their colleagues design the label and back label.
One person from the team must also defend the wine before the other teams (tasting notes and aesthetic concept), and our jury (other teams and resident winemaker) will decide who the big winner is!
