This walk takes you through holm-oak and wild olive woods to discover one of the watermills of the Ribeira de Múrtega. The “Porto da Vinha” mill is a submersion mill with caster located in the Guadiana river, built with thick and vaulted form walls of stone, lime and clay, made to resist long periods covered by the waters of the river. It is nearby the ruins of the “Casa do Moleiro”.
