In a genuine and intimate environment, during the experience, the story of the olive grove is told, explaining the production process and what is needed to produce high quality olive oil, from olives of the Galega variety.

Then, a technical olive oil test is carried out, using an official tasting glass to identify the positive attributes that are recognized in olive oil.

If the weather cooperates, the tasting will take place outside, in the shade of one of the ancient olive trees; otherwise, the tasting will take place inside the country house located in the center of the olive grove.
