Founded in 2021, ECOLAND E-BIKE TOURS emerged from Cláudia’s (host) passion for cycling in nature.

The dream grew and became reality, offering visitors self-guided tours through personalized ebike routes in Mértola, more precisely, in the Vale do Guadiana Natural Park.

There are two routes:

• Rota do Pulo do Lobo was launched in 2022, with great enthusiasm and with immense success validated by our customers. You can fully enjoy the Montado and the Mediterranean scrub. In addition, along the route you can visit various locations and natural monuments such as Pulo do Lobo, where a longer stop is recommended. It has an average duration of 3h45m, covering 40km.
• The Route of Aracelis, the Altar of Heaven, a route designed for customers looking for a greater challenge in endurance and adventure. You begin pedaling through the cork oak forests, gradually entering the large valleys of Serra de Alcaria and São Barão. The highlight of this route is the arrival at the chapel of Nossa Senhora de Aracelis, also known as the Altar of Heaven. This route lasts approximately 5h30m, with a length of 58km.
